The awards are for:
- Top-level executives, innovative individuals, and dynamic teams who launched successful and notable new projects or initiatives within the company
- Employee engagement programmes that significantly impacted the company's workforce and business
- Diversity, equity, and inclusion projects that remarkably improved the experiences of the company's workforce
- Health and wellness initiatives that promote and support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the workforce
Nominees will be deliberated by a judging committee based on the nomination form and supporting documents submitted.
The awards will be given per main category and corresponding industry.

ELIGIBILITY

Executive of the Year - The individual must be a CEO, COO, President, Managing Director, General Manager, or other top-level executive equivalent that made notable contributions to the success and growth of the company in the last 24 calendar months.

Innovator of the Year - The individual of any job title must have introduced and spearheaded an innovative initiative of the company in the last 24 calendar months.

Team of the Year - The team must be able to showcase a remarkable initiative or series of initiatives launched in the last 24 calendar months that helped the company's business.

Employee Engagement of the Year - The project or initiative must have provided strong employee experience and positive impact on the company's workforce and must be launched in the last 24 calendar months.

Diversity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year - The project or initiative must have promoted diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and must be launched in the last 24 calendar months.

Health and Wellness Initiative of the Year - The project or initiative must have promoted and supported the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the workforce and must be launched in the last 24 calendar months.
Note: Companies in cryptocurrency, tobacco, multilevel marketing, and products with claims of health benefits are not eligible to join the awards programme.
