GUIDELINES
The awards are for:
- Top-level executives, innovative individuals, and dynamic teams who launched successful and notable new projects or initiatives within the company
- Employee engagement initiatives that significantly impacted the company's workforce and business
- Diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that remarkably improved the experiences of the company's workforce
- Health and wellness initiatives that promote and support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the workforce
Nominees will be deliberated by a judging committee based on the nomination form and supporting documents submitted.
The awards will be given per main category and corresponding industry.

ELIGIBILITY

Executive of the Year - The individual must be a CEO, COO, President, Managing Director, General Manager, or other top-level executive equivalent that made notable contributions to the success and growth of the company in the last 24 calendar months.

Innovator of the Year - The individual of any job title must have introduced and spearheaded an innovative initiative of the company in the last 24 calendar months.

Team of the Year - The team must be able to showcase a remarkable initiative or series of initiatives launched in the last 24 calendar months that helped the company's business.

Employee Engagement of the Year - The project or initiative must have provided strong employee experience and positive impact on the company's workforce and must be launched in the last 24 calendar months.

Diversity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year - The project or initiative must have promoted diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and must be launched in the last 24 calendar months.

Health and Wellness Initiative of the Year - The project or initiative must have promoted and supported the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the workforce and must be launched in the last 24 calendar months.
Note: Companies in cryptocurrency, tobacco, multilevel marketing, and products with claims of health benefits are not eligible to join the awards programme.

What is the nomination process?
The awards programme follows a self-nomination process, which means a company representative must be in charge of nominating their executive, innovator, team, or project/initiative for the award.
To submit an entry, all you have to do is fill out the online nomination form.
How many winners per category?
There will be one winning company per main category and a corresponding industry.
How many entries can be submitted?
You may submit up to three (3) entries. Fill out the form once per entry as each submission is valid for one entry only.

When was the awards programme launched?
The Management Excellence Awards was launched in Singapore in 2015. Since then, it has been successfully recognising the best business leaders in various industries. The local runs in Hong Kong and Malaysia were launched in 2018 and 2021 respectively.
In 2023, the Middle East run was launched.
