Vietnam's Smartlink expands connection for nine more banks

Nine commercial joint stock banks have joined the Smarlink connection in July.

The list includes Military Bank, Saigon Commercial Bank, Viet A Bank, Navibank, VPBank, Saigon-Hanoi Bank, HDBank, BaoVietBank and GPBank. 

Accordingly, the domestic card owners of one of these nine member banks or member lenders under BanknetVN and VNBC can pay for goods and services in a network of over 50,000 POS of banks in three systems.

In addition, cardholders of banks in the system of Banknetvn and VNBC can also pay at the POS system of Smartlink’s member banks. The payment of POS in many fields: supermarkets, shopping centres, restaurants, hotels, retail stores, and taxi.
